In this policy, the account holder is the person who owns a Betmaster account. Payments refer to deposits and withdrawals. Payment methods are the categories of instruments offered for deposits and withdrawals.

Betmaster requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. We may request documents such as a government issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership for payment methods. Payment Methods and Availability

Deposits

  • Minimum deposit per transaction: 25 EUR or the local currency equivalent.
  • Maximum deposit per transaction: 5,000 EUR for standard methods; higher caps may apply for certain methods or jurisdictions (up to 25,000 EUR in select cases).
  • Deposits are generally credited to the Betmaster account once the payment provider confirms processing and any required verification is completed.
  • Deposits must be made in the account holder's name and currency; Betmaster may convert deposits to the account base currency at its applicable rate.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal per transaction: 25 EUR.
  • Maximum withdrawal per transaction: 5,000 EUR; higher caps up to 25,000 EUR may apply for certain methods or jurisdictions.
  • Withdrawals are subject to verification. Betmaster may request identity and payment method documentation prior to processing.
  • Withdrawals are processed by Betmaster using the same payment method where feasible, subject to payment provider rules and platform availability.

Processing, Delays and Compliance

All payments are subject to standard provider processing times and regulatory checks. Betmaster may place temporary holds or reversals on payments if required by law, regulation, or AML and fraud prevention controls.

Security and Anti-Fraud

Betmaster employs applicable safeguards and monitoring to detect fraudulent activity and ensure the integrity of payments. In cases of suspected fraud or breach of the payment policy, Betmaster may suspend withdrawals, freeze funds, or close accounts as permitted by law.

Disputes and Resolution

For any payment related dispute, contact Betmaster support. Betmaster's determinations regarding payments are final and binding unless required by applicable law to be reviewed by a competent authority.

Responsible Gaming

Betmaster supports responsible gaming. If the user chooses to self exclude or set limits, these changes apply to payments processed through Betmaster and will be enforced in accordance with applicable policies.

Privacy and Data Protection
