Betmaster Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

  • 1.1 Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered Betmaster players who meet the minimum age and jurisdiction requirements described in Betmaster's Terms and Conditions. Each promotion may specify additional eligibility criteria.
  • 1.2 One Bonus Per Account: Bonuses are limited to one per player, family, household, IP address, device, or email address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Betmaster may withhold or cancel a bonus claimed through duplicate or fraudulent means.
  • 1.3 Acceptance of Bonus Terms: By claiming a bonus, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of these Bonus Terms and any promotion-specific terms that apply.

2. Types of Bonuses

  • 2.1 Welcome Bonus: A one-time offer for new players on their first eligible deposit. The promotion will describe the deposit match percentage, maximum bonus amount, any free spins, and other applicable conditions.
  • 2.2 Deposit Bonus: A bonus that adds funds based on the deposited amount. The offer will specify the match percentage, minimum deposit, and maximum bonus.
  • 2.3 Free Spins: Free spins granted on selected slot games. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion states otherwise, and may be capped or otherwise limited.
  • 2.4 Cashback: A percentage of net losses within a defined period may be returned as cashback. Cashback terms, including percentage, period, eligible games, and minimum thresholds, are described in the promotion.
  • 2.5 Reload Bonuses and Loyalty Rewards: Recurring bonuses offered to existing players based on deposits, loyalty tier, or other qualifying activity. Details are provided in the promotion.

3. Wagering Requirements

  • 3.1 Wagering Requirement Definition: A bonus may carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example 20x).
  • 3.2 Contribution by Game Type: Different game types contribute toward wagering requirements as follows unless stated otherwise in the promotion: Slots 100%, Table Games 10%, Live Casino 0%, Sportsbook 0%. Some games may be excluded from wagering requirements; the promotion will specify.
  • 3.3 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and their wagering requirements must be used within the period stated in the promotion (commonly 14–30 days). Unused bonus funds will expire, and any winnings associated with them may be forfeited if the wagering is not completed.

4. Restrictions and Limitations

  • 4.1 Maximum Bet Limitation: During wagering with an active bonus, there may be a maximum bet limit per wager as specified in the promotion. Bets exceeding the limit may void the bonus and any related winnings.
  • 4.2 Restricted Play and Bonus Abuse: Bonuses are intended for fair play. Prohibited activities include multi-accounting, collusion with other players, delayed game tactics or low-risk betting to fulfill wagering requirements, and any other exploitation or abuse as determined by Betmaster.
  • 4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus funds and any winnings resulting from bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting these requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

5. Bonus Cancellation

  • 5.1 Player Cancellation: Players may cancel a bonus at any time. Cancellation results in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • 5.2 Platform Rights: Betmaster reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion. We may withhold or cancel a bonus if fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms is suspected.
