Agreement and Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Betmaster's online gaming platform (the "Site") and the services offered (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Capitalized terms have the meanings assigned to them below or elsewhere in these Terms. Betmaster may license or sublicense its rights to operate and may introduce services through its licensors.

Eligibility and Prohibited Use

Betmaster may verify age and eligibility and may suspend or close an Account if verification fails or if you are not legally permitted to use the Services. Access to the Services may be restricted by geography or local law; Betmaster may block access from certain jurisdictions at any time. You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in a manner that harms Betmaster, other users or the integrity of the Site.

• Betmaster may request proof of age and identity at any time and may suspend or close an Account if proof is not provided or if underage use is suspected.
• You may not open more than one Account. Duplicate Accounts may be merged or closed, and funds may be forfeited as allowed by applicable law.
• Betmaster reserves the right to restrict activity in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted and to update the list of restricted jurisdictions from time to time without notice.

Account Opening and Identity Verification

To open an Account you must provide accurate and complete information, including name, date of birth, address and contact details. Betmaster may require documents such as government-issued identification and proof of address to verify identity. You must promptly provide requested documents; failure to do so may result in suspension or closure of your Account. Betmaster may perform ongoing verification checks and may conduct a video verification to confirm ownership of the Account. If identity or ownership cannot be established, Betmaster may suspend or close the Account and may refund deposits and void wagers in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

• Only one Account per person is permitted; Betmaster may merge or close duplicates and may request identity documents to confirm ownership.
• Betmaster may suspend activity, including withdrawals, pending completion of verification checks.
• Misrepresentation or false information discovered during verification may lead to immediate termination of the Account and forfeit of funds subject to applicable law.

Account Security and Conduct

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login details and are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify Betmaster immediately. Betmaster may require you to undergo additional verification or re-setup of security credentials. The use of automated tools or devices to access the Site is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

Geography, Compliance and Prohibited Jurisdictions

Betmaster operates in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it accepts bets or grants access. You acknowledge that some jurisdictions may prohibit or regulate online gambling differently, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with local law. Betmaster reserves the right to block access or close Accounts based on jurisdictional assessment or regulatory developments.

Funds, Deposits, Withdrawals and Anti‑Money Laundering

You warrant that funds deposited are lawful and belong to you. You authorize Betmaster to perform verification checks necessary to comply with anti‑money‑laundering and fraud prevention requirements. Betmaster may request documentation to verify ownership of the payment methods used, and to confirm identity and residence. During verification or as required by law or policy, Betmaster may delay or restrict deposits, withdrawals or other transactions. You are responsible for any taxes or duties payable on winnings in your jurisdiction. Betmaster will not provide certificates or receipts other than those available in the Account record, unless required by law.

• Betmaster may suspend withdrawals until verification is complete or as required by applicable law.
• Betmaster may refuse, reverse or reverse any transaction if it believes it is fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Bets, Odds and Game Rules

All bets are subject to the applicable game or event rules and to these Terms. Betmaster is not responsible for typographical or data-entry errors in odds and may void or adjust affected bets at its discretion. A bet is deemed placed and accepted only when Betmaster communicates such acceptance in the Account. In the event of a discrepancy between the posted odds and the actual odds, Betmaster may settle the wager in accordance with the correct odds or void the wager if required by the circumstances.

Intellectual Property and Software

The Site Content, including software, images, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by Betmaster or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights to the Site Content by using the Services. You may not copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, lease or sublicense the Software, or make the Software available to any third party, except as expressly authorized by Betmaster in writing.

Promotions, Bonuses and Loyalty

Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published with the offer. Betmaster may modify, suspend or terminate a Promotion at any time for reasons including fraud prevention, regulatory compliance or material changes in business operations. Wagering requirements, eligibility criteria and time limits apply as stated in the Promotion terms. A Promotion may be withdrawn or forfeited if you breach these Terms or the Promotion terms.

Privacy, Data Protection and Communications

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Betmaster's Privacy Policy. The Site uses cookies and related technologies to enhance your experience. You consent to electronic communications related to your use of the Site and Services, including notices about changes to these Terms, via available on-site or electronic means.

Responsible Gaming, Self‑Exclusion and Addiction Support

Betmaster supports responsible gambling and provides tools to help manage play. You may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. You may also request a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours before re‑entering play after a self-exclusion has ended. Indefinite or permanent self-exclusion is available for individuals with gambling addiction; such requests are subject to review and approval by Betmaster. If you self-exclude or are permanently blocked, you may receive refunds of remaining balances in accordance with policy, but Betmaster may prohibit re‑opening accounts in cases of addiction. If a customer opens a new account after self-exclusion, that account may be closed and funds forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

• Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to Betmaster’s support channels and will be honored upon processing.
• Accounts opened in violation of self-exclusion rules may be closed and funds withheld or returned at Betmaster’s discretion.

Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services are governed by the laws chosen by Betmaster for the applicable operation. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. Betmaster may seek remedies available under applicable law and regulations, including regulatory referrals and cooperation with authorities where required.

Termination, Suspension and Account Closure

Betmaster may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for breach of these Terms or for safety, regulatory or operational reasons. Upon termination, you may be entitled to withdraw remaining balances in accordance with Betmaster's withdrawal policies and applicable law, less any amounts due to Betmaster under these Terms. Bets placed prior to termination remain subject to these Terms and any applicable game rules.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Betmaster may assign or subcontract its rights under these Terms. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term. Notices and communications may be provided electronically in connection with your use of the Site.
